近几年来,我国一些研究机关、矿山机械制造厂和选矿厂对多梯度磁选机进行了大量的研制和试验工作,取得了显著的成绩。设备结构日趋完善,选别性能也逐渐提高。特别是使用多梯度磁选机选别以假象和半假象赤铁矿为主的红铁矿和钛铁矿所取得的选别指标可以与永磁平环和笼式强磁选机的指标比美。为我国红铁矿选矿和其它弱磁性矿物的选矿提供了又一种新设备。
In recent years, some research institutions in China, mining machinery manufacturing plants and concentrator carried out a large number of research and experimental work on multi-gradient magnetic separator, and achieved remarkable results. Equipment structure is maturing, sorting performance is also gradually improved. In particular, the use of multi-gradient magnetic separator to distinguish between illusion and semi-artificial hematite-based red iron ore and ilmenite ore sorting index can be obtained with the permanent magnet flat ring and cage magnetic separator than the United States indicators . For our country red iron ore beneficiation and other weak magnetic minerals beneficiation provides another new equipment.
