阿鲁散药物过敏,引起口腔及阴部与皮肤粘膜发生溃疡,临床上少见,现报道如下: 患者李××,男,27岁,干部。住院号39482。因口腔内起水疱1天而于1985年4月10日入院。患者在入院前1天晚上因“感冒”而服阿鲁散2g(1g含阿斯比林0.3g,鲁米那0.06g,SD0.1g,乳糖0.54g).第2天早晨发现上唇肿胀、颊、腭及舌背粘膜出现大小不等的水疱,约半小时后水疱逐渐融合形成大水疱而破裂,并出现严重疼痛及吞咽困难,既往体健未曾有过类似病史。
Aru scattered drug allergy, causing oral and genital ulcers and skin mucosa, clinically rare, are reported as follows: Patients Lee × ×, male, 27 years old, cadres. Hospital number 39482. The patient was served 2g of Arusan (1g with aspirin 0.3g, luminal 0.06g, SD 0.1g, lactose 0.54g) for “cold” one night before admission. On the morning of the second day, upper lip swelling was found, Buccal, palate and tongue mucosa appeared blisters of varying sizes, about half an hour later the blisters gradually merged into large blisters and rupture, and severe pain and difficulty swallowing, previous health never had a similar history.
