产业法是经济法中宏观调控法的重要法律部门,其作用在于促进国家产业和经济的可持续发展以及保障国家的经济安全。在经济全球化、经济可持续发展以及国际金融危机背景下,产业法的宏观调控作用更为凸显。然而我国产业法的许多问题也逐渐显露,迫切要求及时完善。
The industrial law is an important legal department of the macro-control law in economic law. Its role is to promote the sustainable development of the national industry and economy and to ensure the economic security of the country. Under the background of economic globalization, sustainable economic development and the international financial crisis, the role of macro regulation and control of industrial law is even more prominent. However, many problems of our country’s industrial law are gradually exposed, and urgent requirements are promptly perfected.
