新课标指出,学生的全面发展是一切课程的出发点和归宿。这个全面发展,不仅仅是指学生多方面的素质,也是指全体学生,当然要包括暂时成绩落后的学生。初中阶段,学生化学成绩的两极分化情况非常严重,出现了一批学困生,要想达到新课标的要求,转化学困生是十分重要的一个问题。结合初中化学教学实践,结合新课标的要求,提出了转化化学学困生的一些建议。
