《药品管理法》自1985年7月1日正式实施至今已三周年了.三年来在医院中以它为准绳,健全了制度,改进了设施,整顿了药剂工作队伍,使医院的药品质量有了极大提高,从而保证和提高了医疗质量.一、药剂队伍的整顿《药品管理法》对医院药剂人员的规定是:非药学技术人员不得直接从事药剂技术工作.我院据此将一些无技术职称又不适合长期从事药剂工作的人员逐步调出药剂科.还有的不能调出但又无技术职称者,安排他们参加卫
