功率曲线是设计滚子链传动的重要图表资料。本文首次提出了求解链条元件不同失效形式的极限转速n_B、n_D的解析表达式,计算了不同节距、不同齿数的极限转速n_B、n_C、n_D、n_E,分析并指出了国内、外滚子链功率曲线图以及功率表的特点和弊病,这对于判明功率曲线的形式及其变化规律、分析链传动的失效形式、正确使用额定功率曲线图和额定功率表都是十分有意义的。同时,计算结果也为链传动的计算机辅助设计和滚子链的有限寿命计算提供了必不可少的重要数据。
Power curve is the design of roller chain drive important chart information. In this paper, the analytical expressions of n_B and n_D for solving the different failure modes of chain elements are proposed for the first time. The limit speeds n_B, n_C, n_D and n_E of different pitches and different numbers of teeth are calculated. Power curve and power meter characteristics and disadvantages, which is to determine the form of power curve and its variation, analysis of the form of failure of chain drive, the correct use of rated power curve and rated power meter are of great significance. At the same time, the calculation results also provide indispensable and important data for the computer aided design of chain drive and finite life calculation of roller chain.
