将 51例慢性阻塞性肺病 (COPD)患者随机单盲分成治疗组和对照组 ,分别给己酮可可碱 (PTX) 1 0 0 mg+生理盐水 5ml雾化吸入和糜蛋白酶 5mg+生理盐水 5ml雾化吸入。治疗前后检查肺功能、动脉血气、肝肾功能及血浆 IL - 8等。结果 :治疗后 ,治疗组 PCO2下降 ,PO2 、Sat O2 增高 (P<0 .0 5) ;IL - 8明显下降 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;FEV1及 FEV1%有所增高 ,但无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5) ;对照组 IL - 8虽有下降 ,但无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5)。两组治疗前后肝肾功能均无变化。提示 COPD患者经 PTX雾化吸入治疗后可明显降低血浆 IL- 8水平 ,改善 PO2 、Sat O2 ,降低 PCO2 。且价格低廉 ,副作用小 ,可静脉、口服给药 ,吸入途径给药具有方便、安全等优点。
Fifty-one patients with COPD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group randomly. Pentoxifylline (PTX) 100 mg + normal saline 5 ml inhalation and chymotrypsin 5 mg + normal saline 5 ml were inhaled . Before and after treatment check pulmonary function, arterial blood gas, liver and kidney function and plasma IL - 8. Results: After treatment, PCO2 decreased, PO2 and Sat O2 increased (P <0.05); IL - 8 decreased significantly (P <0.01); FEV1 and FEV1% increased but there was no statistical difference Significance (P> 0.05). Although IL - 8 in the control group decreased, it was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The two groups had no change in liver and kidney function before and after treatment. Tip COPD patients inhaled PTX inhalation therapy can significantly reduce plasma IL-8 levels, improve PO2, Sat O2, lower PCO2. And low prices, side effects, can be intravenous, oral administration, administration by inhalation route has the advantages of convenience, safety and so on.
