本文利用“中国雇主一雇员匹配数据追踪调查(2012)”数据,采取多层线性模型和logit回归分析影响员工选择劳资纠纷消解渠道的因素。研究发现,企业职工代表大会制度和厂务公开制度都有助于员工选择内部渠道解决劳资纠纷,而职工董事监事制度对员工选择劳资纠纷解决渠道的偏好没有显著影响。同时,在职工代表大会制度下,职工代表由员工选举会有助于这项参与制度在内部消解劳资纠纷中发挥作用。在此基础上,文章提出了完善员工参与制度运行的建议。
This paper uses the data of China Employers-Employee Matching Data Tracing Survey (2012) to analyze the factors influencing employees’ choice of labor dispute resolution through multi-level linear model and logit regression analysis. The study found that employees’ congress system and open factory system all help employees to choose internal channels to resolve labor disputes, while the system of employee directors and supervisors has no significant influence on employee preference of labor dispute resolution channel. At the same time, under the workers’ congress system, employee representatives and employee electoral meetings will help this system of participation play a role in eliminating internal labor disputes internally. On this basis, the article put forward suggestions to improve the system of staff participation.
