糖塔,是福建省霞浦县特有的民间食品工艺,是当地中秋节、婚庆、庙宇祭祀等场合重要的礼品,有鲜明的艺术特色和独特的工艺特征。笔者自年幼时就曾多次到霞浦县城探亲访友,对各色造型栩栩如生的糖塔爱不释手,而今糖塔工艺也同国内其它各色传统工艺一样,缺乏重视、后继无人面临着失传的境地。本文分析糖塔的历史源流、制作特点、设计策略等方面提出解决路径。一、糖塔的历史关于糖塔的历史起源,在当地是这样传说的:明嘉靖年间
The sugar tower is a unique folk food craft in Xiapu County, Fujian Province. It is an important gift for local Mid-autumn Festival, wedding ceremony and temple sacrificial occasion. It has distinctive artistic features and unique technological features.
