自校正调节器算法中进行参数估计的大量计算限制了其动态品质的提高。本文提出了一种改进的自校正调节器算法,在此改进算法中,采样、控制周期可以根据对象动态品质的要求取较小的值,以改善控制效果。作者以改进算法用TP801单板机对一台柴油发电机组实现了电压的自校正调节,理论与试验都证明本文提出的算法稳定,动态、静态性能良好。本文还研究了调节器几个参数值对控制器性能的影响。试验中设计的完善的抗电磁干扰措施保证了微机控制系统可靠运行。
A large number of calculations of parameter estimation in the self-tuning regulator algorithm limit its improvement in dynamic quality. In this paper, an improved self-tuning regulator algorithm is proposed. In this improved algorithm, the sampling and control cycle can take smaller values according to the object’s dynamic quality to improve the control effect. The author realizes the voltage self-tuning regulation on a diesel generating unit with the improved algorithm TP801 single board computer. The theory and experiments prove that the proposed algorithm is stable, dynamic and static performance is good. The paper also studies the effect of several parameters of the regulator on the controller performance. The perfect anti-electromagnetic interference measures designed in the experiment ensure the reliable operation of the microcomputer control system.
