摩擦阻力计算是管内两相流动中的一个基本问题。本文在高压加热水回路中对水平直管内蒸汽-水两相摩擦阻力系数进行了试验研究。试验是在试验段加热和不加热两种条件下进行的,对本文作者之一提出的现己作为我国电站锅炉水力计算方法的摩擦阻力计算式进行了试验研究和论证。试验结果证明这种计算方法精度高,计算方法简便,优于现有的国外计算方法。
Frictional resistance calculation is a fundamental problem in two-phase flow in tubes. In this paper, the steam-water two-phase frictional drag coefficient in horizontal straight pipe was experimentally studied in high pressure heated water circuit. The experiment is carried out under the two conditions of heating and no-heating in the experimental section. The friction resistance calculation formula now proposed by one of the authors as the hydraulic calculation method of the power plant boiler in our country has been experimentally studied and demonstrated. The test results prove that this method has the advantages of high precision, simple calculation method and superior to the existing foreign calculation methods.
