目的了解美国星级图书馆评定指标对图书馆服务进行评价的利弊,促进我国图书馆事业的发展。方法用资料法和文献调研方法对美国星级图书馆评定的4个主要指标:人均访问次数;人均流通次数;参加图书馆各类活动的人次;计算机利用人次等的文献进行分析。结果①美国公共图书馆星级评价标准的可操作性较强,易于实施。②服务效益不完全等同于服务质量。③该评价促使图书馆用更多的办法吸引读者。结论美国星级图书馆评价的方法无疑是图书馆工作基于用户感知评价的又一种有益的尝试。我国图书馆可以借鉴,但需要结合我国的实际情况。
Objective To understand the advantages and disadvantages of the evaluation of the American star library in evaluating library services and to promote the development of the library in our country. Methods Using the data method and the literature research method, the four main indexes of the American star library were evaluated: the number of visits per capita; the number of circulation per capita; the number of people participating in various activities of the library; Results ① The American public library star evaluation standard is more operable and easy to implement. ② service efficiency is not exactly the same as the quality of service. ③ The evaluation prompted the library to use more ways to attract readers. Conclusion The method of evaluation of American star library is undoubtedly another beneficial attempt of library work based on user perception. Our library can learn from, but we need to combine the actual situation in our country.
