公司7月底召开工作会议以后,我们为落实公司两会精神,积极响应公司号召,8月初开始在全厂开展“强化管理”大讨论活动,整个大讨论活动分为三个阶段,第一阶段是查问题,第二阶段抓整改,第三阶段总结经验,发布整改成果,时间安排到年底。大讨论开展一个月来,有效调动了干部职工加强管理的积极性,取得了初步成果。我们的做法是:一、以大讨论为切入点,大力宣传公司和总厂两会精神,提高职工对强化管理工作重要性的认识一是领导重视,及时部署大讨论活动。公司7月底召开的工作会议确定了新的效益目标,并把强化管理作为实现新目标的主要措施来抓,同时号召开展“强化管理”大讨论。我们总厂领导班子感到大讨论是发挥党的思想政治工作优势、开展群众性自我教育的好形式,是宣传贯彻公司两会精神的最好切人点。因此,公司工作会议开完后,我厂雷厉风行,于8月2日就召开党政工团联席会议,部处室主要负责同志全部参加,专题研究部署如何开展“强化管理”
After the company held the working conference at the end of July, we started to hold “Big Management” discussion activities in the whole factory in early August in order to implement the spirit of the two sessions of the Company and actively respond to the company’s call. At the same time, it called for a major discussion on “strengthening management.” The discussion in the leadership team of our factory is a good form of giving play to the advantages of the party’s ideological and political work and carrying out mass self-education. It is the best way to publicize and carry out the spirit of the two sessions of the company. Therefore, after the opening of the working meeting of the company, our factory was vigorous and resolute.
