本研究用酿母膳食(Torula yerst diet)为基础膳,以Na_2SeO_3形式补充硒,0.0ppm(基础膳,本身含硒0.004ppm)、0.1ppm(加维生素E)、0.1ppm(不加维生素E),0.25ppm、0.5ppm、1.0ppm饲养体重50克左右的雄性Holtzman种大白鼠。基础膳组9只,其他各组3只。以Na_2SeO_3为硒载体,给吃基础膳的大白鼠分别注射硒O(3只,不注射硒载体),20μg(2只)、50μg(2只)、200μg(2只)。动物在饲养35天后,注射1微居里的~(75)Se(H_2SeO_3,比放射活性为206居里/克),
In this study, we used a Torula yerst diet as basal diet supplemented with Na 2 SeO 3 in the form of 0.1 ppm (basal diet containing 0.004 ppm selenium), 0.1 ppm (plus vitamin E), 0.1 ppm (without vitamin E) , 0.25 ppm, 0.5 ppm, 1.0 ppm male Holtzman rats weighing about 50 g.
