1.定义Reg·1(12)1.1 有关1986年7月1日以前建造的船舶改造和改装问题 1.1.1 以前未持证运载对安全有危害的化学品而现在改为适于载运这些物质的油船或化学品船,应被认为已经过了改建。为《散化规则(BCH Code)》第6章或《国际散化规则(IBC Code)》第17章列有对安全有危害的货品。

For the purpose of Chapter 6 of the BCH Code or Chapter 17 of the IBC Code, there is a list of safety-relevant products.
