我们岗山大队贫下中农积极响应毛主席“绿化祖国”的伟大号召,以大寨为榜样,发扬“自力更生”、“艰苦奋斗”的革命精神,一九六四年起,大力开展植树造林,制服了风沙,保护了农田,促进了农牧业的发展,出现了“林茂粮丰,六畜兴旺”的欣欣向荣景象。几年来,全大队营造各种林木5012亩,平均每个劳力有林12.8亩,每人有树1035株。在八里多长的海岸线上,筑起了一道绿色长城,一片片林海形成了良好的防空屏障。现在全大队烧柴、用材自给有余,还提供了一批木材支援国家社会主义建设。
