目的 :分析多曲方丝弓技术对安氏Ⅲ类错牙合的矫治特点探讨其作用原理。总结临床的适用证、方法及时机的选择。方法 :运用多曲方丝弓技术对安氏Ⅲ类错牙合患者进行反覆牙合、反覆盖、上后牙的颊向开展和调整磨牙关系的矫治。结果 :1 9例安氏Ⅲ类错牙合患者均在较短的时间内取得了满意的疗效。结论 :多曲方丝弓技术用于安氏Ⅲ类错牙合机理独特、适宜 ,只要充分利用其矫治原理 ,选择合适的适应证 ,按照使用要求操作并取得患者的合作 ,即可得到满意的疗效。
Objective: To analyze the effect of multi-curve arch wire technique on correction of Class III malocclusion. Summary clinical application of evidence, methods and timing of choice. Methods: The multi-curvature arch wire technique was used to correct the malocclusion in Angle III malocclusion patients. Results: All of the 19 patients with Class Ⅲ malocclusion had satisfactory results in a short period of time. CONCLUSIONS: The multi-curvature arch wire technique is unique and appropriate for Angle Class III malocclusion, so long as it takes full advantage of its orthodontic principle, selects the appropriate indications, and operates in accordance with the requirements and obtains the patient's cooperation, it can be satisfied Efficacy.
