本文报道了经病理证实的１９例皮样囊肿，年龄在１５－３０岁占１３例。病程最短１月，最长２７年，平均７．６年。均单眼发病，囊肿位于眶外上或外侧占１４例，突眼６例，２列正前方突出，２例突眼最显著者视乳头水肿，静脉怒张。４例形成瘘管。全部手术治疗，外侧开眶１例囊肿位于蝶骨大翼内，术后出现眶尖综合症。１４例单纯囊肿摘除，术中２例脑膜膨出，脑脊液漏，术后视力未变化，亦无复发。经２－６次手术治愈４例瘘管。手术的关键是完全摘除囊壁，ＣＴ县辅助诊断及选择手术方式的最有效手段。
In this paper, 19 cases of dermoid cysts confirmed by pathology were reported, 13 cases were aged 15-30 years old. The shortest course of January, the longest 27 years, an average of 7.6 years. All had monocular disease. Cysts were located on or outside of the orbit, accounting for 14 cases. Exophthalmos was observed in 6 cases, prominent in front of 2 columns, and papilledema and vein in 2 cases. 4 cases of fistula formation. All surgical treatment, lateral orbital 1 case of cysts located in the sphenoid wing, postoperative orbital apex syndrome. 14 cases of simple cyst excision, 2 cases of meningeal swelling, cerebrospinal fluid leakage, visual acuity did not change, no recurrence. After 2-6 times surgery to cure 4 cases of fistula. The key to surgery is complete removal of the wall, CT County, the most effective means of diagnosis and selection of surgical methods.
