文章以上海闵浦二桥中的典型整体焊接节点为背景,采用1/3模型节点进行了不同荷载工况下受力全过程试验研究和非线性有限元分析,在此基础上对关键设计参数进行了优化。研究显示:在设计荷载工况及超载工况下,节点安全可靠,满足规范要求;节点板上弦杆与腹杆之间、左右腹杆之间的圆弧转角处出现一定的应力集中现象;上、下翼板的应力相比其他板件的要大;模型节点试验值与非线性有限元计算值吻合良好。
