继《秦汉人物》之后,沈星棣教授又把他的《中国古代官吏退休制度史》奉献给了学术界和广大读者。全书共有34万字,由江西教育出版社1992年7月出版同世。该书的问世,标志着中国古代官吏退休制度史研究又迈向了一个新的高度。中华民族有着悠久的历史和灿烂的文化,特别是有着极其发达的政治思想、政治制度和政治文化,官吏退休制度即为其重要组成部分。我国官吏退休制度源流极古,滥觞于商周,至今绵延不断。然而对官吏致仕这个至为重要制度的研究却很薄弱,以往的研究多侧重于某一历史时期,对官吏退休制度史全面而系统的研究却无人问津,至今还没有一部有份量的学术专著问世。《中国古代官吏退休制度史》一书则对我国起源甚早而又未能完臻的古代官吏退休制度进行了全面而又系统的、深刻而详尽、多侧面多层次的分析,从而第一次梳理出我国古代官吏退休演变的基本脉络,成为官吏退休制度研究的拓荒之作。披览全
Following the “figures of Qin and Han dynasties,” Professor Shen Xingdi again devoted his “History of the Retirement System of Officials in Ancient China” to the academic community and readers. The book a total of 340,000 words, published by Jiangxi Education Press in July 1992 the same world. The advent of the book, marking the history of the retirement system in ancient China officials went to a new height. The Chinese nation has a long history and a splendid culture. In particular, it has an extremely developed political ideology, political system and political culture. The retirement system of officials is an important part of it. The official retirement system in our country is very primitive and originated from the Shang and Zhou Dynasties. However, the study on the most important system of official retiring is very weak. The previous researches mostly focus on a certain historical period. There is no comprehensive and systematic study on the history of the retirement system of mandarins. Monographs come out. The book entitled “The History of the Retirement System of Officials in Ancient China” made a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the retirement system of ancient officials, which originated very early and failed to complete.
