自十八大以来,随着反腐倡廉工作的不断加强,特别是源头防范措施的不断深化和完善,腐败现象蔓延的势头得到遏制,国有企业坚持“标本兼治、综合治理、惩防并举、注重预防”的方针,使领导干部在思想和行动上基本实现了不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐,反腐工作取得了阶段性成果。但同时我们也必须清醒地看到,在惩治和预防腐败体系的建设中,问题依然存在,这项工作需要系统的完善。
