以T型截面异型材为对象,结合正交试验表L16(43)用数值模拟方法对气辅挤出成型中滑移段长度、挤出流量和松弛时间对挤出胀大的影响进行研究,结果表明:气辅挤出段长度对挤出胀大的影响最大,其次为松弛时间,挤出流量的影响最小,增加气辅挤出段长度、减小挤出流量和松弛时间可以减小挤出胀大。
The effect of slip length, extrusion flow rate and relaxation time on extrusion swell in gas-assisted extrusion molding was investigated by using numerical simulation method based on T-shaped section profile with orthogonal test table L16 (43) The results show that the length of gas-assisted extrusion section has the greatest effect on the expansion and extrusion, followed by the relaxation time and the influence of extrusion flow. The increase of the length of gas-assisted extrusion section, the decrease of extrusion flow and relaxation time can reduce the influence of extrusion- Big expansion.
