This case is a seaside holiday home, the owner is a family living in Manhattan, with tens of millions of assets. They bought the seaside villa just to find a natural shelter to escape the city. This two-hectare property, surrounded by the island of St. Martin, a total area of 2322 square meters of property. Because the villa is located on the rugged, rocky and remote island, the decorations needed throughout the design of the project are as large as every piece of furniture and bathing equipment, as small as every tile is imported. The entire villa consists of a series of indoor and outdoor pavilions linked through a veranda, the overall design of the main theme of natural ventilation and shade.
