目的探讨尿液微量白蛋白检测在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的运用。方法使用全自动生化分析仪检测159例2型糖尿病患者的尿液微量白蛋白,并与102例健康体检者检测结果进行对比分析。结果糖尿病组和健康体检组相比,尿MA阳性率差异有显著性;糖尿病患者尿MA与糖尿病病史关系密切。结论全自动生化分析仪检测尿微量白蛋白,操作过程更加简单、方便、快速、灵敏度高、结果准确可靠。给早期诊断糖尿病肾病带来了方便。
Objective To explore the application of urine microalbumin in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy. Methods The urine microalbuminuria in 159 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was detected by automatic biochemical analyzer and compared with the results of 102 healthy subjects. Results The positive rate of urine MA in diabetic group was significantly higher than that in healthy group. Urinary MA in diabetic patients was closely related to the history of diabetes mellitus. Conclusion Automatic biochemical analyzer urine microalbumin detection, the operation more simple, convenient, fast, high sensitivity, accurate and reliable results. Early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy has brought convenience.
