随着新课程改革的不断深入,有效性教学已经成为所有学科教师研究的重要课题之一,体育学科同样如此。耐力素质是有效提高学生心肺功能的最佳途径,如何提高学生对中长跑的兴趣和耐力项目的及格率则是一线体育教师所要研究探讨的现实问题。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of the new curriculum, effective teaching has become one of the most important topics in the study of all subject teachers. The same is true for sports disciplines. Endurance quality is the best way to improve students ’cardio-pulmonary function effectively. How to improve the students’ interest in middle and long-distance running and the passing rate of endurance projects are the realistic problems for first-class PE teachers.
