圆弧同步齿形皮带是齿形经过改良的传动皮带,由于其芯线强度高,齿距小,齿形受力状态好,所以在国外被称做大扭矩传动皮带,这种皮带具有传动速比大,同步精度高、使用速度和功率范围广、皮带曲挠性好,传动机构结构尺寸小等一系列优点。 文章在分析皮带结构特点的基础上,重点介绍了圆弧同步齿形皮带的传动设计计算及设计选用中应当注意的问题。图5幅、表5个,附表8个
