同种软骨移植重建气管治疗声门下和气管狭窄,困难较多且涉及呼吸道手术的诸多方面。常因其含软骨细胞及软骨膜具有HLA抗原诱发免疫排斥,致其效果不甚满意。本研究中采用27只新西兰白兔,将其中5只处死,切取气管,放入无菌盐水中保存。24小时内采用Co~(60)r-射线照射,剂量为3000000rad,其后,置4℃条件下保存备用。其余均经腹腔内注射戊比巴妥(40mg/kg)并肌注等剂量氯胺酮麻醉,插管后吸入氧气、氟烷和一氧化氮的综合气体加以维持。颈部备皮及常规消毒,在颈前作水平
The same kind of cartilage transplantation to reconstruct the trachea for the treatment of subglottic and tracheal stenosis is more difficult and involves many aspects of airway surgery. Often because of its chondrocytes and perichondrium with HLA antigen-induced immune rejection, resulting in unsatisfactory results. In this study, 27 New Zealand white rabbits, of which 5 were sacrificed, cut the trachea, placed in sterile saline preservation. 24 hours using Co ~ (60) r-ray irradiation, a dose of 3000000rad, then set at 4 ℃ under the conditions of spare. The rest were intraperitoneally injected with pentobarbital (40mg / kg) and intramuscular injection of ketamine equal dose, after intubation inhalation of oxygen, halothane and nitric oxide gas to be maintained. Skin preparation and routine disinfection of the neck, before the level for the neck
