广西玉米小斑病菌生理分化研究

玉米小斑病是世界各地普遍发生的一种玉米病害。但五十年代前,很少有大发生的报道,因而也未见有关于玉米小斑病菌生理小种研究的报道。后来随着玉米自交系和杂交种的推广应用,此病在一些感病品种上获得了发展。1970年美国由于大面积种植T型雄性不育细胞质配制的杂交种,严重感染小斑病,损失产量330亿斤,价值达10亿美元。

Smaller spot corn is a maize disease commonly found in many parts of the world. However, few reports were made before the 1950s, and no reports of physiological races of Alternaria solani were found. Later, with the popularization and application of maize inbred lines and hybrids, the disease developed in some susceptible varieties. In 1970, due to the large-scale hybridization of T-type male sterile cytoplasm, the United States was seriously infected with Siphonaptera and lost a yield of 33 billion catties, worth a billion U.S. dollars.
