目的了解健康成人麻疹保护性抗体水平,为制定成人接种麻疹疫苗提供客观依据。方法对年龄在15~50岁之间的1008名健康青工,采用间接酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测麻疹IgG抗体来进行麻疹保护性抗体水平监测。结果在1008人中,男性414人,女性594人,保护率为33.82%和39.57%;各年龄组之间的保护率为34.67%~57.58%,平均37.20%。结论成人麻疹保护性抗体水平较低,不能形成良好的保护屏障,建议增加成人麻疹疫苗接种,提高人群麻疹免疫水平,降低麻疹发病率。
Objective To understand the levels of protective antibodies against measles in healthy adults and provide an objective basis for formulating adult measles vaccine. Methods 1008 healthy young workers between the ages of 15 and 50 were enrolled in this study. Measles IgG antibody was detected by indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to monitor measles protective antibody levels. Results Of the 1008 people, 414 were males and 594 were females, with the protection rates of 33.82% and 39.57%. The protection rates among all age groups ranged from 34.67% to 57.58% with an average of 37.20%. Conclusion The level of adult measles protective antibody is low and can not form a good protective barrier. It is suggested to increase adult measles vaccination, raise the level of measles immunity and reduce the incidence of measles.
