党群关系自中国共产党建党以来就是党的建设中一个重要的问题。改革开放30多年以来,由于我国经济、社会的巨大变化,制约了新时期党群关系的和谐发展。新时期,从根本上构建和谐的党群关系,不仅对构建社会主义和谐社会至关重要,而且是对执政和改革开放条件下党群关系建设经验的总结和提升。本文试就新时期如何构建和谐的党群关系进行一下简要探析。
Since the founding of the Chinese Communist Party, the relationship between the Party and the masses has been an important issue in the party construction. Since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years, the great changes in our economy and society have restricted the harmonious development of the party-masses relations in the new period. In the new era, building a harmonious relationship between the party and the masses is not only crucial to building a harmonious socialist society, but also summarizing and enhancing the experience in building party-masses relations under the conditions of governing and reform and opening up. This article tries to make a brief analysis of how to build a harmonious relationship between the party and the masses in the new era.
