1月下旬至4月中旬华东农业科学研究所进行工作改革,大家都积极参加了这一运动,先学习文件,打好思想基础,然後检查三年来的工作,并拟订了1953年工作计划。该所土壤系三年来工作主要成绩如下:
From late January to mid-April, East China Institute of Agricultural Sciences carried out work reforms. All of us actively participated in this campaign. We first studied documents and laid the ideological foundation. We then examined the work of the past three years and formulated the work plan for 1953.
