广大的家电代理商群体承载着从制造端到零售端的中间职能,在中国家电流通渠道链条中,是非常重要的一环。厂家和代理商的关系一直是家电行业热议的话题。有人形象地把双方看作是夫妻关系,夫唱妇随,荣辱与共。也有人把厂商比作鱼水关系,谁也离不开谁。其实形式并不重要,如何使双方维持长期稳定的合作关系、共同进步才是最重要的。厂家的成功,离不开代理商对市场和品牌的成功运作;而代理商的发展壮大,同样也离不开厂家的支持和帮助。
