Fisher 氏综合征又名眼外肌麻痹-共济失调-反射消失综合征,异型Guillain-Barre 氏综合征,急性播散性脑脊髓神经根综合征。该病多见于38～65岁的男性,儿童发病罕见,现就我院收治一例儿童型Fisher 氏综合征报告如下:病历摘要患者男,8岁。自1991年1月5日起,每日下午3时左右体温升高,嵇留于38℃～40℃之间,翌日体温下降,第三天出现咳嗽。给予口服和肌注广谱抗生素、抗病毒等药物及对症治疗,病情未见好转。于1月13日拟“支气管肺炎”,“伤寒待排”收住本院儿科。入院体检:营养发育中等,神清,精神欠佳,除
Fisher’s disease, also known as extraocular muscle paralysis - ataxia - reflex loss syndrome, atypical Guillain-Barre’s syndrome, acute disseminated cerebrospinal nerve root syndrome.
