文章以汽车专业为例,对高职教师专业发展中的能力提升途径进行研究,探讨了教师评价、教师性情对教师专业发展中的促进作用,指出教师要不断研究教育教学方法和汽车专业知识,提高教学效率,将学生培养为合格的应用型人才。
This paper takes the automotive profession as an example to study the ways of enhancing the professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
