1.前言在一九七○年以前,我所对液体静压支承进行了一系列参数性能试验,并已将试验结果应用于各类机床,普遍收到较好的效果。为了扩大使用范围,方便设计,我所于一九七三年编制了“φ40~φ200液体静压轴承系列设计参数”单行本,供各工厂使用。此后由于应用的发展,推力静压轴承的应用越来越多,于一九七八年又出版了“液体静压轴承设计计算”一书,其中补充了环形油腔推力静压轴承设计部份。在此期间国内外发表了很多有关静压支承设计计算的文献,并出版了一些手册;在试验研究上也有新的发展,如腔内孔式回油液体静
1. Introduction By 1970, a series of parametric performance tests on hydrostatic support were carried out in our laboratory. The results of the tests have been applied to all kinds of machine tools and received good results in general. In order to expand the scope of use and facilitate the design, in 1973, we prepared a single-page booklet entitled “Design Parameters for Series of φ40 ~ φ200 Hydrostatic Bearing” for use by various factories. Since then, due to the development of applications, the application of thrust hydrostatic bearing is more and more. In 1978, the book “Design Calculation of Hydrostatic Bearing” was published, which supplemented the design of annular hydrostatic thrust bearing . In the meantime, many literatures about the design and calculation of hydrostatic support were published at home and abroad, and some manuals were published.
