目的:鉴定肺复康合剂中的主要化学成分并测定其含量。方法:采用液-质联用技术,通过与对照品的保留时间、质谱数据进行比对,确定化学成分。同时采用HPLC法对各成分进行含量测定。结果:鉴定出5种化学成分:新芒果苷、芒果苷、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、毛蕊异黄酮、五味子醇甲。含量测定研究中,上述5种成分分别在2.08~104.0μg/m L、2.00~100.0μg/m L、2.00~100.0μg/m L、2.09~104.5μg/m L、1.98~99.0μg/m L浓度范围内与各自峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率均在91.3%~103.8%。结论:该实验结果为揭示肺复康合剂的药效物质基础及质量控制奠定基础。
OBJECTIVE: To identify the main chemical components of Fei Fu Kang Mixture and determine its content. Methods: Liquid-mass spectrometry was used to determine the chemical composition by comparing with the retention time and mass spectrometry data of the reference substance. At the same time, the content of each component was determined by HPLC. RESULTS: Five chemical constituents were identified: ne mangiferin, mangiferin, calycosin glucoside, calycosin, and schisandrin. The contents of the above five components were 2.08-104.0μg / m L, 2.00-100.0μg / m L, 2.00-100.0μg / m L, 2.09-104.5μg / m L, 1.98-99.0μg / m L The concentration range and their peak area showed a good linear relationship, the average recovery rate were 91.3% ~ 103.8%. Conclusion: The results of this experiment will lay the foundation for revealing the material basis and quality control of Fei Fu Kang Mixture.
