我国在职幼儿教师的人文素质与其专业素质相比较普遍要低一些,这在一定程度上有碍幼儿教育课程改革的推进。加强在职幼儿教师的继续教育,使其人文素质与专业素质的和谐统一地得到提升,有助于把她们培养成全面发展的高素质幼教师资。
The humanistic quality of serving kindergarten teachers in our country is generally lower than that of their professional qualities, which to a certain extent impedes the advancement of preschool education curriculum reform. To strengthen the continuing education of serving kindergarten teachers so that their humanistic qualities and professional qualities are promoted in a harmonious and unified manner will help them to cultivate them into all-round development of high-quality kindergarten teachers.
