In this paper, the measurement system and experimental results of hydrogen atomic beam stripping cross section of nitrogen (N 2) and hydrogen (H 2) are reported. When the hydrogen atomic beam energy increases from 0.6 keV to 10 keV, the nitrogen cross section increases from 1.3 × 10 ~ -17 cm to 2.44 × 10 ~ -16 cm.
