采用常规组织学方法对贝氏高原鳅肾脏发育进行了研究,结果表明:贝氏高原鳅肾脏的发育可分为前肾形成期(历时7d左右)、生中肾桥形成期(历时12d左右)、中肾肾小管芽和幼稚肾小管开始形成期(历时10d左右)、中肾发育期(历时3个半月左右)、头肾形成期(历时35d左右)共5个时期.前肾的发生始于出膜之前,解体于出膜后135d左右;中肾的发育始于出膜后8d左右,于出膜后135d左右成熟.发育特点是中肾发育成熟所需要的时间相对较长,前肾单位在中肾单位开始行使功能后仍维持较长时间.
