目的观察研究15 d-6°头低位卧床(HDBR)女性志愿者非刺激性全唾液中IL-6和TNF-α水平的变化。方法采集20名女性志愿者4个不同时间点即:卧床前1天(pre-HDBR-1))、-6°头低位卧床第3天(HDBR-3)、第10天(HDBR-10)和恢复正常生活第7天时(post-HDBR-7)的非刺激性全唾液,用ELISA方法检测唾液中IL-6和TNF-α水平变化,对所得结果进行统计学分析。结果志愿者唾液中IL-6水平随卧床时间有所增加,组间差异不明显,TNF-α水平随卧床时间有所增加,组间有差异(P<0.05),二者-1 d组与+7 d组之间均有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论 15 d-6°HDBR可引起女性志愿者非刺激性全唾液中IL-6和TNF-α水平的变化,确切机理尚需要进一步研究。
Objective To investigate the changes of IL-6 and TNF-α levels in non-irritating whole saliva of female volunteers aged 15 d-6 ° with low bed rest (HDBR). Methods 20 female volunteers were collected at 4 different time points: pre-HDBR-1, HDBR-3 at 6 °, HDBR-10, And non-irritating whole saliva at postnatal day 7 (post-HDBR-7), the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in saliva were detected by ELISA, and the results were statistically analyzed. Conclusions 15 d-6 ° HDBR can cause changes of IL-6 and TNF-α in non-irritating whole saliva of female volunteers. The exact mechanism still needs further study.
