声像档案是高职院校发展历史最直观的写照和缩影,是今后工作的考证和研究依据.但声像档案在学校的档案馆室里却往往是收藏匮乏,本文通过查找存在问题,分析其成因,从六个方面提出解决问题的对策,对高职院校加强档案管理工作有所裨益.
