本文报道伴有类白血病反应的阿米巴肝脓肿1例,患者为25岁男性,因中度发热10天伴右季肋区疼痛入院。体检发现患者有明显中毒、脱水和贫血的表现。体温为39℃,脉搏120次/分,血压110/50mmHg,胸部检查右肩胛骨下叩诊为浊音,肝肿大并有触痛及胁间隙压痛,脾未触及。血常规检查:白细胞计数81,000/mm~3,核左移,中性64%,淋巴2%,嗜酸1%,单核1%,杆核18%,晚幼粒细胞6%,幼粒细胞
This article reports a leukemia-associated amoebiasis abscess in 1 case, patients were 25-year-old male, due to moderate fever for 10 days with right quarter rib pain hospitalization. Physical examination revealed obvious signs of poisoning, dehydration and anemia.
