2003年12月13日至15日,中国法学会诉讼法学研究会学术研讨会在广西壮族自治区首府南宁召开。出席本届年会的代表300多人,收到论文200多篇。中国法学会会长韩杼滨到会并讲话。会上,中国法学会会长韩杼滨、中国法学会诉讼法学会会长陈光中、最高人民检察院副检察长孙谦以及广西壮族自治区有关部门的领导向获得全国第五届中青年诉讼法学科研成果一、二等奖的青年学者颁发了奖状,会上还向获得陈光中诉讼法学基金的在校博士、硕士研究生颁发了奖学金。这次会议,与会代表主要围绕着三大诉讼法典的修改问题发表了意见,同时对诉讼法中的一些重大理论问题也进行了比较深入的探讨。
From December 13 to December 15, 2003, the Symposium on Procedural Law Seminar of China Law Society was held in Nanning, the capital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. More than 300 representatives attended this annual conference and received over 200 papers. Han Jubin, president of China Law Society, attended the meeting and made a speech. At the meeting, Han Jubin, president of China Law Society, Chen Guangzhong, president of China Law Society litigation law society, Sun Qian, deputy procurator general of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, and leaders of relevant departments of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region won awards for the achievements of the 5th and 5th Prize of Young and Middle Procedure Law Young scholars awarded scholarship certificates, at the meeting also received the lawsuit Chen Guangzhong doctoral students in school, master’s scholarships awarded. At this meeting, the delegates mainly expressed opinions on the revision of the three major code of prosecutions, and also conducted a more in-depth discussion on some major theoretical issues in the procedural law.
