风电工程在经历前几年的高速发展之后,现在正进入一个调整期,由以前的粗放型的单纯追求装机容量转变为集约型的注重项目盈利上来。只有控制工程建设期的成本(在运行期就是折旧费、建设期贷款利息),才能提高运营期每年的利润。本文以JB公司为例,就风电公司项目成本进行分析。
After experiencing the rapid development in previous years, the wind power project is now entering a period of adjustment. It has shifted from the simple extensive pursuit of installed capacity to an intensive focus on project profitability. Only by controlling the cost of the construction period (depreciation in operation period and loan interest in construction period) will the annual profit of the operation period be raised. This article takes JB company as an example to analyze the project cost of wind power company.
