本文通过钕的激光内腔吸收的测定,研究了激光器的各种参数(包括谐振腔长、泵浦能量、反射镜间的平行度、输出反射镜的透光率和脉冲重复率等)对激光内腔吸收法灵敏度的影响,并在理论上进行了初步的探讨。 实验结果表明,本法灵敏、快速。钕离子的检定限可达1×10~(-3)M,比常用的外腔吸收光度法灵敏度提高27倍。本法可用于轻稀土混合物中钕的定量测定。
