以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵-正己醇-正辛烷反胶束溶液为萃取剂,研究了从水溶液中萃取牛血清白蛋白的动力学。在恒界面池中,通过改变搅拌转速、水相pH值和离子强度、有机相表面活性剂和助溶剂浓度,测定了在多种条件下的表观传质系数,从而判定萃取过程是由水膜扩散和界面过程共同控制。计算了扩散的传质分系数,进而获取了界面传质分系数随水相条件的变化情况,表明萃取的界面传质为一协同过程,静电作用影响到界面变形的程度,使其对传质速率的影响相当强烈。
The kinetics of extraction of bovine serum albumin from aqueous solution was studied using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide - n - hexanol - n - octane reverse micelle solution as extractant.
