本文综合了葛洲坝二号船闸输水系统及闸、阀门水力学试验研究的主要成果。在输水系统的选择及其水力特性部份,扼要介绍了纵横支廊道布置方案的特点。该布置具有较高的水力指标,闸室充泄水时,水流平稳,船舶停泊条件良好。在输水阀门水力学部份,叙述了反向弧形阀门的选型,启门力试验及减压模型试验,给出了启门力过程线,支铰力及其脉动值,以及临界空穴数与阀门开度的关系曲线等。在下闸首人字门启闭力试验部份,给出了人字门启闭动水阻力矩曲线及门前后水位差与启闭时间的关系曲线,提出了采用变速方式启闭闸门的建议。在原型观测初步成果部份,介绍了81年5~6月份船闸试运转期间,对于闸室输水水力特性、廊道压力、船舶系缆力、以及反弧门启闭力等的观测结果,并与相应的模型试验值作了比较,两者颇为一致。
This paper integrates the main achievements of the Gezhouba No.2 ship lock water delivery system, sluice and valve hydraulics test research. In the selection of water delivery system and its hydraulic characteristics, the characteristics of vertical and horizontal corridor layout are briefly introduced. The arrangement has a higher hydraulic index, when the sluice chamber is filled with discharge water, the water flow is steady and the condition of the ship is good. In the hydraulic part of the water delivery valve, the selection of the reverse arc valve, the door opening force test and the decompression model test are described, and the opening force process line, the supporting force and its pulsation value, and the critical empty The number of points and the relationship between the valve opening curve. In the opening and closing gate test of the first gable gate, the curves of the drag resistance of the gable gate and the relation between the water level difference and the opening and closing time are given, and the suggestion of using the gearbox to open and close the gate is proposed . In the preliminary results of prototype observation, the observation results of hydraulic characteristics of lock chamber water conveyance, corridor pressure, ship mooring force and opening and closing force of anti-arc gate during the trial run of ship lock in May-June 81 are introduced. And compared with the corresponding model test values, the two are quite consistent.
