采用抽样调查方法,对期刊封面、目次页、版权页主要信息执行国家标准和法规的情况进行了调查。依据调查数据,分析了期刊编辑中存在的主要问题和刊名更改的问题,提高期刊质量,需要期刊编辑部、期刊编辑学会、期刊出版管理部门共同努力。
A sample survey method was used to investigate the implementation of national standards and regulations on the main information of the cover, page, copyright page of the periodical. According to the survey data, the author analyzes the main problems existing in journal editors and the problems of the revision of their titles. To improve the quality of the journal, joint efforts must be made by the journal editorial department, journal editorial society and periodical publication management department.
