教师应该认识到批评和鼓励是相辅相成的关系,在教育过程中往往会遇到许许多多棘手的问题,如果需要对学生进行批评教育的话,那么一定要选用适当的批评时机和批评方式,再使用合理的鼓励性语言,讲究批评和鼓励这二者适当的相互结合。正确对待、客观地看待鼓励和批评,它们就能够成为学生奋斗前进的动力。根据自己浅薄的教学经验,对当今学生教育中存在的部分问题进行了分析,进一步探讨了鼓励和批评之间的关系,以期能更好地鞭策学生攀登上成功的顶峰。
