党的十八大以来,习近平总书记提出的系列新思想、新观点,开辟了中国特色社会主义理论体系发展的新境界,是新的历史条件下干部队伍建设的强大思想武器。这一强大思想武器,深化了对党的干部教育规律的认识,为干部健康成长了奠定了强大动力源泉;深化了对党的干部成长规律的认识,为干部修身立德明确了根本的行为准则;深化了对党的干部使用规律的认识,为干部人尽其才提供了科学的行动指南;深化了对党的事业发展规律的认识,为干部履职尽责指明了正确的奋斗方向。
